While I’m out cruising around Panama, I thought I’d leave you with some nice videos.  After last week’s beer videos, I thought now would be a great time to shift over to running.

First up we have a Ted.com video of author Christopher McDougall. After writing the best seller ‘Born to Run: A Hidden Tribe, Superathletes, and the Greatest Race the World Has Never Seen’, Christopher has gone on tour speaking about the benefits of barefoot running and why humans were actually ‘born to run’.

The next two are from a series of videos from Runners World’s Bart Yasso, chief running officer at Runner’s World. Finally, this video features one of the most inspiring ultra runners I’m aware of. This is a short movie follows around Anton Krupicka as he runs some incredible looking trails and talks about what running means to him. Anton took over the ultra marathoning world when he won the Leadville 100 two years in a row.
